A few weeks ago we told you the bay next door was filling in — more room, more quartz colors, and natural stone we hadn't carried before. The first real wave has arrived, and it's already on the floor.
New Natural Quartzite, Just In
This is the part we were most looking forward to. Five new quartzite full slabs came in over the past week and a half, and it's the kind of stone that doesn't sit around long. Taj Mahal Naica and its brushed-finish sibling carry the warm ivory background and soft taupe-and-gold veining the Taj Mahal name is known for, in a genuine natural full slab. Bianco Superior leans lighter and quieter, with a soft white base and delicate gray-green movement. Crystal Fusion and Ipanema Blue go the other direction entirely — sage, charcoal, and smoky gray tones with real crystalline flecks catching the light.
Every quartzite slab is one of a kind. What's on the floor today won't look exactly like what's there next month.
Quartzite gives you the movement of natural stone with a surface that handles daily use better than marble — a good match for a waterfall-edge island or a bathroom vanity where you want something with real depth. You can browse the current lineup in our quartzite collection, though the fastest way to judge veining and color is still to walk the slab in person.
Granite, Restocked and Ready
We made the case for granite a few weeks back, and now there's fresh inventory to back it up. Absolute Black brings a dense, near-solid black with fine gray and silver speckling — a strong pick for a statement island in Gilbert or Scottsdale. Sunset Canyon runs lighter, with a bright white and gray base carrying oversized taupe and charcoal mineral formations, the kind of pattern that reads as a genuine centerpiece rather than a background surface.
Granite does very well with heat tolerance for an outdoor kitchen, and no two slabs ever alike. You can see what's currently in the granite full slab collection, but if it's been a while since you've looked at granite, these two are worth walking past in person.
More Quartz Colors, Too
Quartz was never going to slow down, and it hasn't. Lakeshore just joined the floor as part of our Marbino Premium Collection — an off-white background with soft brown and gold veining, in a jumbo format that covers more of an island with fewer seams. A handful of others landed alongside it: Blue Mist, a cool steel-toned gray with soft white veining, and Terra Ombrosa, a departure from the usual white quartz with deep charcoal and taupe bands running in horizontal stripes. You can see the rest of the quartz lineup as more of this batch settles into place.
Come See What Landed
Photos only tell you so much with natural stone — veining, depth, and the way a slab catches light change the moment you're standing in front of it.
